19. Either Nice, France or DeGaulle in Paris (cheaper)
20. 1960-61ish?
24. Isn't Bones on Fox? Anyway, if you meant Fox then it's Mob Doctor -- watched it Monday, not sure how I feel about it yet.

14. Twas' not the "Bonnie Dick" that sank the Serapis. In fact the opposite was true.

20. The USS Enterprise (CVN-65) was commissioned in 1961. Launching probably took place late in 1959 or early 1960. In the Navy, keel laying, christening and launching are milestones but the ship does not come to life until commissioning.

23. Max Schmelling (spelling?)

14..Geordi & Pinot with John Paul Jones

15..Burma (or Myanmar)

16..Rbny is most complete with Gould & Fisk.

17..Alydar finally comes in first with Neil Young's The Needle & the Damage Done.

18..I don't think Louis XVI had much time to find mistresses, but daddy did--Ed4.

19..K9 offers you a choice--drive short, pay more; drive far, pay less.

20..It's on record as 1960, but your range of '59-'61 is OK

21..To Our Childrens' Childrens' Children, On the Threshold of a Dream, In Search of the Lost Chord
All fromThe Moody Blues.

22..17 ships--the monarchs got serious.

23..VTC has Max Schmeling.

24..Sorry K9, it is Fox. Now I'm with you, and I hope we don't get too much of the Mob Doc's whining little bro. But I've always liked William Forsythe.

25..And you are inspirational with Sultans of Swing (and Dire Straits called themselves that when they put out that song) and
Sultan of Swat.

Summing up, you are 80%. Ciao

WC - Your original question is flawed. The Bonn Homme Richard did not sink the HMS Serapis. John Paul Jones was the Commodore of a small force of 4 ships including the Bonn Homme Richard. During the battle (Battle of Flamborough Head) the Bonn Homme Richard was lost. Jones transfered his flag to Serapis and sailed it to France.

Incidentally, the Serapis never sank . At least not in battle. History says Serapis met her fate in port. Apparently a rum barrel caught fire, the fire spread to a magazine and BOOM! No more Serapis.

Another minor nit to pick. Louis XV was Louis XVI's grandfather,
not father.
