OT: ECU

I was just watching some old videos of college football games and watched videos from inside the ECU Stadium. Is that ECU stadium always that loud? It seemed unusually loud for a school the size of East Carolina and most games even seemed louder than a good amount of power 5 schools. And the home games vs other NC teams seemed louder than Alabama or LSU games. I thought wow are those fans loud. I may have to take a trip down there when we play there this year. Anyone ever been there?

ECU isn't a small school and that stadium is always loud. I was aroud there during the early - mid 90s...that crowd was always legit.

ECU has long had a pretty rabid football fan base... I enjoyed heading down there quite a bit a year and a half ago.

Extreme little brother syndrome. If people think NCST is bad in regards to UNC, you never met an ECU fan.
