Dawn of a new Era. Maybe this is why it's been so quiet around the program.

This is a good thing for the program. He represented the program well, so I won't say "good riddance," but this is our chance to improve the program.

Ideally need to hire someone before spring practice. We have until the 24th. It is a short timeline, but I would be surprised if Mora hadn't been making calls long before this announcement.
Pretty sure that our Spring practice starts the day ( 3/19/24 ) before our Pro-Day ( 3/20/24 )... We better get moving on a OC.... Something tells me we've already got somebody in mind/place... just hasn't been made public yet...

This is great news! Wow what an unexpected boost to the day. I hope Mora learned his lesson and can bring in someone innovative and who can actually understand how to properly call plays based on the in-game scenario. Oh, and choose the proper QB1 for Week 1.

My thoughts go out to any Cleveland Browns fans out here, hopefully his impact is minimal on your team's results.
Who was the proper QB1?

I wonder if Mora has been quietly looking and has settled on the replacement. It will be interesting to see how fast the listing comes out and what the criteria is.

If I am Fagnano, I probably am concerned right now.

I wouldn't be shocked if Sammis becomes the OC and we look for an OL coach.

Uhhhh the guy who ended up starting the majority of the season? If you thought Fagano was the answer then you might want to re-evaluate how you watch the sport.

One name I’d love to see as a replacement is Bill Lazor. Was Mora’s QB coach the last year in Seattle. OC at UVA, Dolphins, Bengals, and Bears since (and an analyst for one year at Penn State). Actually did a good job as play caller for the Bears, but Matt Nagy was the problem there. Spent last season as an assistant for the Texans. Unsure if he’d want to be an OC again but always tough to leave the NFL.
