this is great that nfl resume could be amazing for recruiting, coaches who have developed amazing players in the NFL before you can't say that about many schools we're positioning ourselves very well

I think that's why he isn't the official DC yet. Give him a year working closely with Mora to get a feel for the college game and then next year gets the DC.

That would be situation as then they would be having one of the coaching staff would have to leave to have him be able to be the DC

Maybe the opportunity just presented itself and he wasn't available to be officially hired as a state employee.

Give him a special title and get him on campus and then figure how to hire him on full-time. Like bringing on a consultant for a special project before hiring full-time.
