You've probably already tried this, but right click on the screen and change the Resolution size. Smaller size, less cut out.

It's a shared wifi, the more guests on, the slower it becomes.

Never a problem at home at 120mbps.

Don't know what you're watching on but if its a laptop or tablet, consider using your phone as a wifi hotspot if its capable of it. I travel a lot out west in the spring and often do that in my motel room. Not 60 mbps but much better than 1 or 10.

Already did that. With full screen, the picture was so heavily pixelated it was unwatchable.
