By my count 19 of the Hoopgurlz top 30 for 2013 are still uncommitted. Should be a pretty busy few months for announcements. (Of the 11 verbals: 4 UNC, 2 ND, Duke, Ga, Tn, MD, VA -- a very good ACC year!)

Including.... (those who are more up to date could fill-in the final schools are on these lists)
    #1 Russell
    #2 Davis
    #5 Harper
    #6 Greenwell
    #9 Cooper
    #10 Scaife
#11 McCall -- Stanford, UConn, Duke, UCLA, Bakersfield

What would happen in Knoxville if two or three suddenly called up Geno and staff to say that with the recent openings they might be interested if UConn would be, also. I can dream.

Would love to see Harper & McCall & Chong in a UCONN uni. Would be a very good class following the 2012 class.

there is very little out there on Harper and her interests and I am from Chicago!!!

I think (my opinion only) this is how the others fall:

    Greenwell--ND
    Russell--Louisville or UNC
    Davis--Couldnt even guess
McCall-hopefully UCONN but my gut says Stanford or Bakersfield (to play for her dad)
Cooper and Scaife, again not a clue really......

the 2013 class seems very strange or rather not like the other classes ahead of them...

    We shall see

Shayla Cooper is on Diamond's high school team. She was under the radar until last year because she moved in from Florida. While Diamond is unstoppable in the open court, Shayla is a solid 4 player and can grind it out in the half-court. I wouldn't mind one bit having her as a Husky. Chong is interesting. She isn't even listed on Bluestar or Hoopgurlz because she doesn't play in THEIR AAU affiliates. She did turn in a superb performance in beating Malloy of NYC. I'd select her on potential.

Let's hope that UConn could come up with 3 unis instead of Harper, McCall, and Chong having to take turns in a single uni.

Vowelguy, Greenwell is down to only Duke and Notre Dame, and (I believe, FWIW) is leaning toward Notre Dame. I suppose it could be just wishful thinking on my part, but I don't usually think that way.

Really interesting factoid I noticed from the Hoopgurlz list--there are almost zero girls from the NE (above MD). None in the top 20. None in the top 30. The first from the NE is Teanna Muldrow from NJ at #34 (WVU verbal). In fact, in the entire top 50, there are two girls from the NE.

Programs like UConn and RU can recruit nationally, but still make a very decent living off players from the region. Programs like St. Johns though have almost entirely lived off players from the NE. Interesting recruiting year to be sure.

Really hope Rutgers can get Scaife from all those South schools. She looks like a good one.

Rutgers has been on a tear recruiting from the South recently. So it's not impossible. I think it might work in our favor actually. :D
