May I suggest the Siesta Key Oyster Bar, great bar good food. Also if your staying for a while check out Mazzaro's on 22nd Ave just up fro the Trop off 275. a great deli. If your lucky in the cooler by the bakery you might find Foxon Park birch beer!

Apropos of nothing my buddy’s kid was at a bar mitzvah in Boston a few months ago and Big Chuck was there. He coaches the kid whose bar mitzvah it was or something. He got shots up with my friend’s kid for about an hour - said he was the nicest dude imaginable.

We haven’t seen W-L numbers like this in 15 years + or -. The significance of going to MSG w/o Karaban and winning by 13 cannot be overstated. UConn is locked into a 1 or 2 seed. When was the last time UConn was a 1 or 2?

It’s an odd sight watching other top 10 teams play what we would considered broken, iso heavy offense. Shows the true elegance smooth basketball can have on the eye.

I do too. But one offensive weapon that isn’t there yet is Donovan. He is invaluable as a deterrent and rebounder, but offensively he is still stiff and limited. With his size, if he could develop a good drop step or a few other basic moves, he would be unstoppable.

There was a time when we got a top seed at worst every other year. We used to dominate regular seasons, not merely figure it out at the end. This is a vintage UConn season. It's been literally 15 years.

If you throw out our putrid January of `23 this team is 48-4. Without injury issues we`d likely be 50-2. Random numbers i know but its just to put into context just how dominant this run we are on is.
