thank you so much for continuing to make these both with such quality and so soon after every game. The fanbase owes you, tcf and gampelcrazies a great thanks for archiving these pieces of the season.

Sanogo’s technical ability in the low post is incredible even before you remember how new he is to basketball compared to most folks he’s playing against.
Thats why i think hes going to do well in the NBA. People forget hes still developing as a player as all palyers do but he has far less years of development than most kids his age.

Funny how Hawkins had a bad game. Still put up 12 points. That kid can score 10 on his way to the arena.
Very rarely has he put together a successful full two halves against a top tier opponent. Just goes to show 1) how good he is without doing that and 2) there is still room for improvement. Very excited to see him continue to grow. I thought the drive to the hoop and getting the And 1 (even though he missed the FT) was of his best plays as a Husky because it was a play off of his own miss — he didn’t let it effect the next play, something he might have done last year. Also, it was a smooth glide to the basket so it was just a beautiful play it itself.

Hendry agrees.

Wonder what Thad said to Hurley at the end of the game but he had that look on his face like - yea there’s nothing we could do?
