If you have the ability to stream, you could signup for a free trial of YouTubeTV and then cancel it. Not sure what other streaming services, Hulu Live, FUBO TV, etc. might carry CBSSN and offer a free trial.

Not sure about the youtube tv trial. Started doing it and it stated 'no refunds for a partial month'.

You can't go over the 7 days free trial otherwise you're locked in for the first month. As long as you cancel before the 7 days, you should be good...but this only works once, cannot keep doing free trials.
