Rutgers doesn't have the horses to run with UConn.

Refs are calling ticky-tack fouls, not a good called game, but it's not favoring one team or the other right now. Inconsequential foul on Rutgers big for over the back. UConn got the ball anyway, but no reason to call that foul. Offensive players also can't drive because refs are calling push-offs. Makes for a static low scoring game.
