Couple of week ago, when the board was up in arms over Roscoe's no call against 'Cuse.

Karma, no call on us at the end- refs swallow the whistle. Like it or not thats what happens at the end of games, refs don't like to be the goat and they were not here, nor the Cuse game.

Either way, great game.

Just because play well and get us back into a game doesn't mean you can't be criticized for throwing up a terrible shot trying to be the hero.

It was a decent, clean look that he hit off the front rim. Unlike Doris and several in the chat, I thought Bazz played that one just right. The game is tied - the worst case scenario is overtime when you shoot that late. If you shoot with 5 or 6 seconds, or turn the ball over driving the lane with 5 or 6 seconds, you give WV a chance to win in regulation. He missed, but there was just enough time for a quick putback if we had gotten in there for a rebound, but not enough for WV to get it and call timeout and set up a Bryce Drew type of play. The worst thing you can do is give WV the ball with enough time to do something with it. Not sure why Doris wanted him to go sooner - why bring losing into the equation?
