UConn at Gonzaga, the Battle in Seattle 2008. AJ Price hit a 3 with under 10 seconds left to force overtime in a very tough environment.

Also really enjoyed the game against Wichita State in the Maui Invitational a couple years ago. Kemba went for 29 in the second half to secure a 83-79 victory. The rest is history.

What are some of your favorite regular season Husky games?

At Arizona in 2001-02 (Emeka/Ben coming out party)
At Stanford in 1998-99 (statement game with no Rip)
At St John's in 1998-99 (wild momentum swings, stayed unbeaten)
Georgetown in 1989-90 (up 14-0 before presumed #1 Hoyas could blink)
Syracuse in 1989-90 (first big test in Dream Season on Big Monday)
St. John's in 1989-90 (Gampel opener after they beat us by 40 first time)
Duke in 1994-95 (first time we got em)
Virginia in 1993-94 (74-36 or so - we're baaaack)
Michigan State in 2010-11 (we're baaaack)

Perhaps second half of UMass game in 2002-03 (they thought they finally had us, but nope).

Pretty much every game we played in Maui in 2005(-06) and 2010(-11).

Games against Texas and Villanova in 2011, more Kemba heroics.

Arizona game in 2001 because i watched it from the balcony of an awesome condo in Maui. All of the Maui invitational games weve attended. Want to guess my two favorite things? (hint, Maui and UCONN basketball)

Uconn @ Pitt . El-Amin on the table game. Uconn @ Texas 2011 season- the look on Corey Joseph's face during the Texas post game song - priceless.
The Uconn vs. Havard Jeremy Lin game. Lin killed us and dunked on us , "who the hell is this Asian kid "- impressive. Any game vs St Johns when Barkley and Postal played - Epic.

The blizzard game was awesome, and so was another 'Nova game a decade later at Gampel. I think we were both top 3 and Denham Brown had a breakaway dunk that blew the roof off the place.

I'm putting them together as I always do:

Beating the Cuse and G'town back to back in 89. No other moment in UCONN basketball history can pinpoint the arrival to the party.

The HCC was soooo loud that I swear the roof was going to come down again.

EVEN the old farts were up standing and cheering.

Just some random games that come to mind and haven't been mentioned. Many of these I was at, but not all.

vs Stanford '97-98 Gampel was ROCKING
vs MSU '98-99 Michael Buffer did the pregame intros!
vs Arizona 00-01 The initial rushing of the court
vs Indiana in 04-05 (???) Big comeback. I remember a huge interior pass from Marcus Williams to one of the bigs for a pivotal dunk
@ ND 08-09 to end the winning streak on that court. I remember the look on Adrian's face and just knew that team was destined for great things.
vs Texas 09-10 The second rushing of the court. Hard to believe how that team fell apart after that game.

One of the worst games I ever attended was 1989 in Providence. We needed a win to have a chance at the dance. We sucked, the game sucked, PC fans sucked. But the next year, UConn and the UConn fans blew the roof of the PCC. PC fans left with the chank "PC NIT!" ringing in their ears. That was awesome. I hate PC.

@ ND in 08/09. I was lucky enough to attend. Saturday night game with ESPN College Game Day on campus. We were ranked 1 or 2 at the time. ND was top 20 and riding a huge home win streak. Atmosphere was awesome. Even better sitting in there with the UCONN gear on. Sweet.

For me 'Pick a Pitt' game. Those were absolute wars!

1. Taliek shot game (MSG). Enjoyed that for many reasons.

2. Khalid hitting the last shot!!!

2007-2008 at top 10 Indiana, right after Dyson and Wiggins were suspended.

I remember this one. We gutted it out and many fans expected us to lose . Good one.

I would say the Arizona game during the 01-02 season is high on the list for me. That was a great win and i dont think that game is remembered compared to others. Theres something special about those wins in seasons where we are not expected to be that good.

All the previously mentioned games and the '98 Washington game with Rip's buzzer beater and '96 Georgetown game with Ray Allen's circus shot.

Penalty! Both were post-season games.
