According to Paul Biancardi, KO was scouting Riley at Hoophall this past weekend.
Riley is a 6-foot-8, 255 lb PF from Chatsworth, CA (just north of LA). His wingspan was measured at just under 7 feet, and his standing reach at just under 9 feet. He's a consensus 5-star, top 25 player according to 247, and ESPN describe him as "a physical specimen with long arms, big hands, and a solid amount of explosiveness. Despite his size and strength advantage, his go-to move is his feathery jump shot out to 17-feet. The release on his shot is smooth and his mechanics are solid all-around. He has a solid 1-step move to the basket and he possesses the strength to finish through contact."
His weakness is that he conceives of himself as a wing rather than a PF - which may have something to do with the fact that he's only recently grown to his current size.
UCLA, Kansas and Arizona are considered front-runners to get him.
FWIW he's already 18 years old, so it's unlikely he'll grow much more before he graduates.
Reminds me a bit of Julius Randle, though not quite as big or explosive.
