Having never been to CitiField, I'm wondering if the upper decks sway like in Shea. I especially remember the mezzanine rocking while beating the Braves during the era where Chipper inspired the "Larry" chant and Larry Fine pictures went up like K signs.

Lots of memories at that place. Even had a chunk of grass for awhile, acquired after the final Jets home game.
As a visiting fan that has been to both many times, Shea was objectively a dump with no redeeming qualities. Citi field is a very nice park to watch a ball game in. Much prefer it to the new Yankee stadium.

I can’t speak to the quality of the Mezz construction. The games I generally go to there is no one in the upper decks because tickets 15 rows back are $40.
