- Who are these announcers? Lavall Jordan? I guess he couldn't score another coaching gig after Butler canned him. And I have no clue who Brandon Gaudin is, other than the guy who won't slow his mouth down to catch a breath. They won't shut their mouths for 3 seconds.
- Ticky tacky fouls being called in both directions.
- Samson on the board! Ended with a steal a board and a bucket. But it's a start.
- Stubblefield arguing for goal tending is just insane. Clingan caught that ball 6" below the rim.
- Jackson only has a deuce in the first half, but has 6 boards and 3 dimes. Ended with 8 boards and four dimes, but also 6 of our 12 turnovers.
- Started the 2nd half strong, but 4 minutes in, lost all our momentum, and pretty quickly, half our lead.
- OK. Back to 15 with 4 and a half left.
- These refs are something else. 47 fouls called tonight. 62 FTs taken. We got the better of it, but they were blowing whistles at the same pace that the announcers were running their mouths.
- Sanogo, Hawkins and Newton combined for 72 points. DePaul finished with 76.
- We scored 90, with only a dozen points coming from our bench, and only 3 of the bench points (a three by Alleyne) came in the 2nd half.
- Encouraging that the team found a way to regain their footing and take momentum back after the demons cut it to 7 with 8 and a half to go.
- Is it notable that neither Ajax nor Sanogo attempted a three tonight?
