Blessed are we --- Chapter 2

Some weeks back, I wrote a "Blessed are we..."noting how fortunate we are to be able to experience this UCONN Women's basketball program. Was thinking today that we are fortunate also to have the four-man Horde that we have, and to have Nan doing daily work to bring their writings to us.

Every guy is a bit different, and every one of them is a talented writer with feeling for our players and for the game. And they seem to work to get early news and tidbits for us hungry readers. From this corner, it's a heckuva package to have.....a tip o' the cap to The Horde.

Totally in agreement. And not just the top four, but we consistently get interesting coverage from other reporters/columnists from around CT. And we get nice coverage from the NE and nationally. Very fortunate that Uconn has such a brand that it makes financial sense to devote those kinds of resources to our women.
