I know this might be sacrilegious to some or even many here but I also think it's ok to respect opponents too. If you don't like the idea of this thread feel free to hit the back button.

In another thread I asked if an opposing player has ever performed as well vs UConn as Teddy Allen did. UConn is known for shutting down opposing stars but what other examples do you have of a someone having the game of their life vs UConn?

For an extended period of time it seemed like in every game UConn played, someone on the opposing was having a career game, win or loss. In many cases that same player didn't do squat the rest of the season. But I am sure fans of every team feel that way in regard to their own team.

Teddy Allen in 2022 and Ryan Daly (St. Joes) in 2019 are the two most recent. I’d include Edey but we smoked Purdue so who cares.

I’m pretty sure that St. Joes loss was our last home non-conference loss too?

edey also made his line go from really good to absurd after the game was all but over. He scored 17 after it was a 15+ point lead.
