and furthermore, there was some speculation that UCONN didnt offer Bria Holmes because of DeShields.....
Personally, I would have rather had Holmes. She is good and not cocky and plays within herself.

Totally agree, although if you listen to Geno when he laments the "fan calls and letters" talking about the short bench and number of scholarship players, he insists the kids who weren't offered was because they "weren't UCONN type players". I disagree on Holmes. I think he missed the boat on that one. I love Geno and wouldn't trade him for anyone, but he makes mistakes, and has done so in the past on recruiting.

Anybody watching this game can see why I dont think Sims should be NPOY.
She has a negative attitude if things dont go her way and are any of the refs seeing her pushing off on defense.....
She is using her forearm and pushing her player all the time...
yes, she can score and assist, but I think on court behavior should be a part of it too and this is why i think it should be Ogwumike.
