Strange list, Georgia perpetually sucks and nd may win 5 games this year.

Lots of ACC, two historic programs and Georgia. Yeah Georgia is an oddball on that list. ND may not be as much, fun new coach and still in the ACC.

I heard the UConn visit is really a PC visit but he plans to stop by Storrs for brunch. After all, it is PC.
Gotta figure they have as good a chance as anybody.

But they have MONEY
In 5 years, the SEC schools could be pulling in $100 million. That's not today, but at the next contract negotiation.

It's $50 million today.

They indeed have, and will have, the money.

The kid turned down the money. But that is the pressure we will be facing...
This story is so funny, cause they conveniently left out the part regarding how much did Under Armor pay to keep him there? And was it more than they paid Diamond Stone?

The point I’m making is nil money and conference money are two separate issues. So the fact that in 5 years sec schools could be pulling in 100 million doesn’t mean the nil money will increase as a result.

I don’t know if I’m right, but if we are getting tens of millions of dollars from our conference, I would think a much larger proportion of donor money could be put into NIL collectives.

We r all speculating at this but I don’t think it’s a straight line between increased conference payouts and increased nil money

Reminds me of the scene in "American Gangster" where Dickie Roberts (played by Russell Crowe) finds the bag of drug money and turns it in and no one on the police force trusts him anymore.

Just saw on Tipton’s IG page he’s announcing 9/5 at noon. Seems like he’s going elsewhere
