Weekly Recruiting Update, 12/23

Class of 2015:
Chase Jeter (PF): Coach Ollie once again watched him play. Per Josh Gershon. Ollie has watched him twice within the past couple weeks since offering him. Also, it doesn’t seem that the staff is there to watch Stephen Zimmerman. His mom told me that they talk to the staff, “Every once in a while. Definitely nothing serious.” The staff is definitely there watching Jeter.
Cheick Diallo (PF): Coach Ollie and coach Moore watched him play on Friday. Per Hoops Factory.
Prince Ali (SG): Coach Hobbs watched him play on Thursday night. Per himself. Ali won the MVP at the Kreul Classic after leading his team to the championship. His high school team is currently 14-0.
Derrick Jones (SF): He said that UConn, Syracuse, Kansas, Kentucky, Villanova, Temple, St. Joe’s, and UNC are recruiting him the hardest. Per Jack Legwin.
Justin Simon (PG): He is planning on visiting UConn at some point in the future. Per Mid Major Hoops Report.
Jarred Reuter (PF): He is currently claiming interest from UConn. Per Brian Flinn.
Doral Moore (C): His up to date offer list is UConn, Louisville, Ohio State, Texas, Indiana, Cincinnati, Illinois, Florida, Florida State, Vanderbilt, Georgia, and Georgia Tech. Also, his leaders right now are Florida, Ohio State, Texas, and Indiana. Per ESPN.

Class of 2016:
Vance Jackson (SF): He now has offers from UConn, Washington, Arizona, Arizona State, Kansas, UCLA, and USC. Per Brian Flinn.
