Week of June 23 Recruiting Update

Class of 2014:
Lance Tejada Jr. (PG): He has cut his list down to UConn, Alabama, Florida State, Texas A&M, Murray State, Miami, and Butler. He doesn’t have a UConn offer yet but he is getting high interest. Per himself.
Ahmed Hill (SG): Said Indiana, Florida, Georgia Tech and Marquette are coming at him the hardest. Per CBS Sports. It looks like he is not being recruited by UConn anymore.
Kevon Looney (PF): UConn, Duke, Florida, MSU, Michigan, Tennessee, Stanford, Georgetown, Wisconsin and UCLA are his top schools at the moment. Also, he ‘hopefully’ will have a list of five schools by the end of July. Per CBS Sports.
Jordan McLaughlin (PG): UConn, USC, UCLA, San Diego State, Indiana, Gonzaga, Kansas and UNLV are the schools on his list right now. Per CBS Sports.
Josh Perkins (PG): Perkins dad said that UCLA, Gonzaga and USC were the three schools coming after his son the hardest at the moment. He is literally begging for a Kentucky offer.
Kelly Oubre (SF): He wants to officially visit UConn as well as Kansas, UCLA, and Georgetown while Louisville is recruiting him the hardest. Per Jeff Borzello. Then, in a North Carolina Rivals article he said this about UConn, “UConn has been on me for a while.” UConn looks to be in good shape for him now with him saying he wants to officially visit.
Leron Black (PF): Black said UConn, Illinois, Florida, and Indiana are the ones coming at him the hardest. Per Rivals.
Abdul Malik-Abu (PF): Abu plans to narrow his list of choices down to 10 in August. From there, he will go on to decide five schools that will receive official visits from him. Per NY2LASPORTS.
Class of 2015:
Prince Ali (SG): UConn, Florida, Illinois, Louisville, and VCU are among the schools that have contacted him within the past two weeks. Per himself.
PJ Dozier (PG): UCONN contacted in within the past two weeks. Per himself.
Jessie Govan (C): UConn offered him this past week. Per himself.
Tyler Dorsey (PG): His high school coach listed UConn, UCLA, Arizona State, Kansas, Florida, and N.C. State are heavily involved with him. He then said, “UConn is a real heavy recruit right now.” as in the staff is recruiting him hard right now. His coach also added in, “Kevin Ollie really loves him.” Per Adam Zagoria.
