Huskies Add Another, Middletown’s Dario Highsmith

Following a busy weekend, that saw three commits, the Huskies staff has added another, this one another in-stater, Dario Highsmith, a preferred walk-on.

The 2013 Gatorade State Player of the Year winner and 2014 Hartford Courant Offensive Player of the Year, played both quarterback and running back in high school, as well as corner on the defensive side of the ball.

In 2014, he ran for over 2,000 yards and scored 24 touchdowns, while throwing for another seven.
