OT: Zidansek in French Open Quarterfinal Match

Does anyone know why Tamara Zidansek had numerous blood spots on her back? Whenever the camera angle was from behind her, there were probably a dozen or more bloodstains on her shirt, as well as several on her exposed shoulders. None of the broadcasters or subsequent coverage made any reference to them, so I wondered if she had fallen at some point, or whether she has some sort of bleeding disorder. I couldn't find a good pic from this match, but here's one from a previous match:

They're chunks of red clay from the courts

Thanks. I wondered if that might be it, but she had them in both the pic above (from a previous match) as well as the Badosa match. Does she get clay on her shoulders and upper back because she frequently falls?

When the ball hits the court it kicks up the clay and running too will do it .hi def tv does a great job,I can actually read the name on the ball,back in the day you couldn't see the ball from these overseas tournys
