My upsets involving teams seeded 1-6:
12 S. Dakota St. over 5 Maryland
14 Buffalo over 3 Miami
12 Yale over 5 Baylor
13 UNC Wilmington over 4 Duke
11 N. Iowa over 6 Texas
13 Stony Brook over 4 Kentucky
11 Gonzaga over 6 Seton Hall

There's always one or two that come out of no where (so I picked Miami and Kentucky). The rest really aren't big upsets: Duke has lost in the first round in the last three years twice as a high seed, and UNC Wilmington is much better than Lehigh or Mercer. The CAA is a borderline top 10 conference. The rest are your classic 5/12 and 6/11 upsets.
