JStew needs to have meetings with AJax and find that 2nd gear. He'll be most improved by the end of the year.

Ross only needs to be a solid/consistent 3-and-D player. Take 100 3s each practice and he'll be fine as the season progresses.

Reed was driving me insane in the first half with his pick-n-roll defense. A step behind the entire half that led to too many easy baskets at the rim. Was better in the 2nd half. He'll be runner-up most improved by the end of the year.

Mahaney just needs to be solid on offense and bring in 10 pts off the bench. He doesn't have the size or athleticism to compete defensively at this stage in his career. Any time his man takes him on the dribble, Reed and Samson need to be disciplined and at-the-ready to play help D (and not foul!).

Samson, just don't foul and he'll be fine. Diarra, just don't turn the ball over and he'll be fine. Karaban, just do you.
