OT: XL Center Upper Level Question

I'm going to the last Ringling Bros Circus at the XL Center this weekend and am wondering about the 1st row in the upper section above the "basket". How is the sight lines from row A (for instance in section 221 above the bar)? Does the railing block your view at all making the 2nd row a better buy?

I've been up there a bunch for UConn games but don't know if I've ever been row A.

Don't know but I went to that when I was in DC recently. Really very good, not like old school circus. Was like a Cirque de Soleil, Disney Ice, circus combo. Watch out for the $9 popcorn and the $12 lemonade (With cup) $16 cotton candy (with hat). A shame it's coming to an end, kids loved it.

Yes the view from the first couple rows is pretty crappy with the railing
