  1. 2:26 in, it's 10 zip, and Mullins has 8 of our 10
  2. 4:06 in, it's 14-2. Mullins & Reed account for all our scoring so far -- Mullins with 10, Reed with 4. Xavier's 2 is from FTs.
  3. We've not even looked for a three. Very odd after the last game's early 3 point barrage. I suspect that Hurley is using these games against the dregs of the league to work on specific aspects of the game.
  4. Xmen made their first field goal of the game at 13:43.
  5. We had a nice run to bump the lead from 22 to 28 in the last 2 minutes of the half.
  6. At the half, Reed & Mullins have outscored Xavier, 23 to 22.
  7. Shooting percentages are 61/54/71 to 29/17/71 at the half. On the boards dimes, steals and blocks front, we're 22/17/3/3, to Xavier's 12/1/4/1. We had an assist on every one of our 19 buckets but 2! Them other guys have 8 buckets on 1 dime.
  8. We're 7 of 13 from 3 to X's 1 of 6.
  9. As much fun as it was watching the first half, IMO, except for a few possessions, the 2nd half turned into a near unwatchable mess.
  10. I swear, from about 10 minutes on, it seemed like these refs called a foul on us almost every Xman possession.
  11. Tarris 19 for 20 from the floor over last 3 games? That's sick.
  12. Shooting percentage-wise, it ended up 57/37/78 to 37/35/64,
  13. The boards dimes, steals and blocks comparison was 41/26/5/3 To 24/6/6/2
  14. Player of the game? Demary, although Reed was a close second, and Ross had a very good 15 minutes, with 10 points on 4 of 6 shooting (3 of 4 from deep), a couple boards, a couple steals and zero turnovers.
  15. Should be a bigger challenge next game, when we visit St. John's at the Garden. Likely going to take 40 good minutes to win that one.
