Yup, pretty ugly. Just no cohesivness at all. Dribbling around and a pass to AO or RS for long jumpers? One pass and bad shot. Lamb hasn't touched the ball in the half court in a while and then we're bat down court in transition. And as i write we actually run something for Lamb and a open look.

Napier is killing this team. I will not knock his motives in wanting to be the man and thinking he needs to be Kemba but being the first option on offense is not the role of a starting point guard.

He needs to watch Rondo who understands how to keep the good players happy and involved. Nothing wrong with averaging double digit assists when you are surrounded by talented players.

Not saying this will be it, but IMO Oriakhi needs one big game to turns things around. I think he runs on confidence more than anyone on this team.
