The issue is whether investing 9 figures in it would bring a return on investment today. I've yet to see anything that says it would. I'd love to see an up to date facility there, but CT really doesn't have the money to waste on it. IMHO, the best course is the one they are belatedly pursuing (hopefully with hard data to support it.) Sell it and as [USER=676]@whaler11[/USER] so aptly put it, let the buyer squeeze whatever value is left in for the next 5-7 years before it is demolished and redeveloped. [/QUOTE]
