"we're going to make sure [players] understand that should be in the center of our huddle, that that's something that is important."

On a serious note, I've wondered how Jones's departure has affected the team. Diaco planned on this guy coaching the running backs and playing a part in keeping the players engaged and on a good path. After the resignation, no one was hired to replace him. Maybe the RBs wouldn't have coughed the ball up so much early in games if they had a RB coach on the staff?

Ummm - Dave Corley was hired to replace Ernest Jones and is the current Running Back coach.

Do we know that Jesus is not in the huddle?

I think it would be better if he were on the sideline.

Really then we would need Moses on the O-Line and Jesus on the sidelines.

Moses got all the credit, but it was Jesus working the miracles.

How about Moses at LT, Gideon at LG, Jesus at Center, David at RG, and Samson at RT?

(I don't need a timeline correction, it's just a joke).

How about Goliath on the Oline? We already have Thor.

You might be on to something. If He was in our huddle perhaps we wouldn't have had to play during the flood.

If his name is "Jesus Smith" and he weighs 225lbs., runs a 4.3 forty and makes his own running room. That would help.

David at QB? He would surely be the most accurate QB in the country.

His arm is like a sling shot. You do need to roll him out to see downfield.
