I think Vic would've only left for Texas. His home town. A lot of people would think he'd leave for A&M, but Gary Blair makes slightly more than McCray. I don't think you can get A&M to care about women's basketball enough to where they'd shell out that kind of cash, and Vic would leave for a severe pay decrease. He turned down the Tennessee job the year they hired Harper. (confirmed by our guys)

Similarly, I can only see a small smidge of chance (but very very small) of Kim leaving for La Tech if not LSU. But at that school's current state, it's probably ideal to go somewhere with at least a pulse. Kim is often found at LSU baseball and softball games even when she was at Baylor, so she was probably a Tiger even before she hung it up at Waco.

I think Vic would have left for A&M. The in state talent you can recruit there is too good to pass up. Fan base is sometimes up to the coach, if Vic can build it up at State why not at A&M? Maybe he would do more community events, fan events that Gary at his age may not do?
