Glad to see UConn back where they belong :) Of the top 25, UConn does get #10 Rutgers home and will be at #1 Florida St. They also get ARV BC team at home. They will need to do well with those games as the only AAC team in this list are USF and UCF, both in the ARV category.

The game at BC is an exhibition game, so it doesn't count for the regular season.

No UConn game against BC is an exhibition. It's like in soccer calling a USMT v. Mexico game a friendly.

Certainly good to see UConn back in the top 25. With this schedule, to make noise on a national level they need to take care of Rutgers at home. However, Rutgers handily beat the Huskies twice last season, the second time knocking UConn out of the NCAA tournament, so I don't expect that to be easy.

UConn returns plenty of offensive firepower in Rachel Hill, Stephanie Ribeiro, and Kim Urbanek, and also return the excellent Emily Armstrong in goal, along with several other key defenders. However, the the Huskies lost several solid players to graduation, so depth could be an issue unless several of the newcomers are able to contribute right away. Counted among the newcomers is Annika Schmidt, a redshirt freshman coming off injuries who was highly regarded coming out of high school, I'm quite curious to see if she is able to get a significant amount of playing time this fall.
