UCONN women top Georgetown 11-10
Congratulations to them. I'm not even sure how new lacrosse is at UCONN - I've never heard anything about the men's team, and this is the first time I've ever heard any consistent news about success for the women's team.
I don't think they are ranked and they face top seed and #8th ranked Florida in the finals, but it seems like the program is on the rise. Not sure if they have a new coach or what the deal is, but it's nice to see as many sports as possible be successful for UCONN...
