As the countdown continues to the start of the 2020-21 women's college basketball season on Nov. 25, ESPN.com's panel of experts is making its predictions for all of the nation's top conferences. We begin with the Big 12, in which the Baylor Lady Bears remain the reigning national champion and look to continue their dominance over the rest of the league.

Ok, what is Graham Hays thinking-Texas Tech 4th? They lost their best player by far, team was soul crushed by Stollings and while that alone is a feel good story, K-State has Lee and WVU still has Carey on the bench. Shocked a bit to see TCU drop so much from the huge in-roads Reagan had made last year. When is Kansas going to rid themselves of Snyder??? Same goes for Littell at OSU. Let those contracts expire!

I would guess that Hays likes the addition of Vivian Gray at Texas Tech, however, I don't feel that is enough for a 4 ranking. TCU was a seasoned team last year and lost quite a few good players. I'd say their drop is due to not knowing what this new team will bring and if they can get it together. Reagan is a good coach, so I expect this team to be a little better than what most are thinking.

Can't bring up contracts and leave OU out, I think the game has passed Sherri by and its time for her to hang them stilettos up.
