Interesting +/-, Skylar comes out with 9 points, a technical foul and a -19 (lowest of the game) to start her WNBA career in a 72-58 loss to the Dream. Pederson led with 11 pts.

Tiffany had 5 pts. +16, Swanier had 0 pts, +11, Bentley had 6 pts. +4.

Courtney Clements from San Diego State makes her WNBA debut and goes 6/7 fg for the Dream to score 15.

Yea! More basketball!

It must be tough to come out of a winning program and join a team that loses more than it wins.

And Skylar also got a bloody lip with stitches. Don't know how she got it tho. Anyone have any more details?? I heard about it from (of all people) an interview with Bill Laimbeer on ESPN radio. He called it her "welcome to the WNBA moment."

Wonder if Tiff had any flashbacks....

The technical foul was for violating the new defensive three-second rule which requires a defensive player to be actively guarding an opponent if she is in the lane more than 3 seconds.

Kayla Pedersen lost more games in one season in Tulsa than in her career at Stanford by a factor of 3 or so. That must be really frustrating, indeed.

Even Maya lost 7 times last year, I believe. She lost 7 games in all of 2003-2011.
