The Wisconsin Glo, a new women's professional basketball team, opens its season Friday at the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh.

The Wisconsin Glo is one of five teams in the Global Women’s Basketball Association, established in 2016. According to the association’s website, “the GWBA provides an opportunity for athletes to pursue a professional career beyond their collegiate and amateur success.”​

I believe G.L.O.W. is alive and well, sort of, in 2019. Check out Netflix.
