[U][B][I][U]Some random thoughts[/U][/I][/B][/U] (1) Disappointed games vs Gtown cancelled. You never know in baseball, but a good chance we would have gotten 2 more wins ( and we need wins). (2) On bright side, even if we won both games our RPI would have probably been worse. Never mind if we lost 1 or both games. (3) With Gtown (271) having one of worse RPI in nation, we replace them with teams with a better RPI (URI 41, NU 50). So in a weird sort of way, this may help us in long run. (4) We hopefully play Creighton next weekend in a battle for first place. They just beat Villanova twice, and have a solid RPI of 58. I believe the last 2 games of that series are also cancelled due to Covid. (5) Starting to really enjoy season and potential of this team, I pray Covid stays in check and we complete a full (or relatively full) season. (6) I will revisit chart below prior to next weekend series with Creighton. With cancellation of 2 BE games and Bryant game in possible jeopardy, I realize chart needs updating Go Huskies !!!
