It's getting difficult to win a championship in women's college basketball without a little help from transfers. Whether South Carolina's Kaela Davis and Allisha Gray in 2017, Notre Dame's Jessica Shepard in 2018 or Baylor's Chloe Jackson in 2019, fresh starts turned into titles.

Interesting that ND isn't included. How many of those transfers are immediately eligible, besides the Grad transfers?

Interesting thing about Arkansas is likely their entire backcourt is transfers. Amber Ramirez (TCU), Chelsea Dungee ( Oklahoma) and Slocum ( Oregon State).

Also there was speculation that Destiny Pitts was trying to graduate this summer to become immediately eligible. Not sure if it happened.

With the current state of unknown regarding the season I wonder how many even apply for immediate eligibility??

I'd classify Tennessee as losers too. Losing Massengill and Green are big time blows.

C: Interesting that ND isn't included.
R: Uhm.. Dara Mabrey was not a top 100 recruit coming out of HS. She could not get the starting PG position at Virginia Tech so she left. She Joins a ND roster where almost every other player (11 of 13) was a top 100 recruit. Translation: Dara Mabrey does not move the needle enough to impact ND's transfer fortunes.
Q: How many of those transfers are immediately eligible, besides the Grad transfers?
A: None that we are aware of right now. I'm pretty sure there are some waiver request not yet decided upon by the NCAA.
