I thought Wade was scum, but to not have taken action the LSU athletic dept ought to be risking a death sentence in basketball and probation for all their sports due to a demonstrated lack of institutional control, (and integrity), after the fact.

P5 schools told the NCAA they're going to play by their own rules from now on. The NCAA is basically now just the non-P5 schools. Nothing will happen.
