At least we are mentioned as a candidate for a "Conference"

Actually a fun concept, albeit far far away in most cases. Not debating it's real merit or feasibility before anyone stomps on me.

If he suggests Army and Navy, perhaps Football only would be an option. Strange selection though:
Oregon State, Washington State, San Diego State, Boise State, CSU, Air Force, Army, Navy, Tulane, UConn

Unless he thinks these programs are getting a P invite, could also include:
USF, ECU, Memphis, Temple, Fresno State, Utah State

That would be a 16 member football conference

Assuming UConn is football-only I'm cool with it. Army, Navy probably would be looking at football only as well.
