I think he all but says that he's on board as the starter or a backup. Showing poise and maturity and definitely choosing his words wisely on every subject. You couldn't really ask for a better #2 guy if Pindell is the starter.
At the same time, given our past with QBs it seems almost impossible that our backup won't end up on the field at some point during the season. I also wonder if this staff has considered him playing another position just to get him on the field more. He's a winner.
