NSFW with language. Wouldn't normally post a link to total frat move but this guy nailed it on the head.

Hard to argue against the sec dominance in college football #1alabama absolutely pushed #2 Notre Dame's sheet in two seasons ago. Its okay to dislike them and all, but they are by far the best football conference.

Doesn't even need to be in CT. How about jan 2010 in Birmingham, AL. Ask SC how being in the SEC helped them when they lost to us in a bowl in the heart of SEC land.

Love to have ay SEC team come up and play us in the cold in December.

THANK YOU. If college football really wants to add an element of intrigue, how's about the "almighty" SEC teams play a late November game up north sometime. Anytime. Any friggin' time. Play in the elements. In the cold, in the wind, in the sleet, in the freezing rain. Then let's see who's got the stones and who's huddling around the portable heat blowers.

I'd love to see an SEC team up north in November. But the only SEC teams that's going to make the trek up north, if it ever, are going to be the bottom feeders like Kentucky or Vanderbilt. Honestly, I think there would only be one team that could compete in all weather types, even if the evil HC would refuse to play in anything but sunny and 65+, and that's Alabama. That team is built to play physical on the lines which would help them in a situation which would be very run heavy, like sleet or snow. Maybe one day, but I'm not holding my breath

The SEC has a number of very good teams, but once you get below those, it is comparable to most other leagues. The model for the mid-level SEC teams is the same as everyone else. Go 3-1 against a mediocre non-conference schedule then 3-5 in conference and you are bowl bound baby...then everyone talks about how "tough" your league is. Guess who's schedule this was last season...Alabama-Birmingham, Kent State, Furman, TCU. Or how about West Carolina, Arkansas State, Washington State, Florida Atlantic? Give you a hint. These are 2 of the SEC "powers". They will typically go 4-0 non-conference and everyone will oo and ahh about how powerful the conference is, because these teams only lost to other SEC teams.

Here's one for this year for the #2 pre-season team in the nation...West Virginia, Southern Mississippi, Florida Atlantic and Western Carolina. Yet this coach says he and his team only want to play other P5 teams. Funny how he didn't do that before...
