Why are some games carried on Gametracker

and some are not? Jes wondrin. Being isolated down here and almost never being able to watch a game in real time, it is some consolation to be able to follow along on the net. ESPN gamecast is a very poor substitute for Gametracker. Does UConn make the decision, or CBS or ???
