Look at this wonderful post on NBAdraft.net on who are the rising mid major players for the week and who is not. On Who's not they have a team listed there(guess what team?). This is horrible propaganda lumping us in with mid-major schools. Notice the Big East conference isn't treated as a mid-major conference on this site. Our PR team at UCONN need to be on this type of stuff.

P.S. "Somebody said were Cinderella, No, we UCONN, we're bred to cut to down nets." Let's go handle Oklahoma State and make a statement.

I'd be worried that our conference is much stronger than us this year. Based on UCF's game last night against Villanova, SMU taking out Pittsburgh, we have things to worry about. UCF, SMU, Cincy are all good teams. Don't know much about Houston and Memphis yet. Tulsa and Temple may be down, USF and Tulane may be horrible.

In other words, it's looking like a 6 team scramble for the top this year, which makes the conference deeper than it has been in some time.
