6. [B]NC State: [/B]has been very good. 2022-2023 was a rebuilding year. They have easily been top 8 quality the other 4 years.

I just cant make up my mind on Number 8. I wanna say  UCLA but they just haven't preformed like a op 8 program at tournament time,
