Who Roots for Whom

Based on this:
- Only the SEC states root for SEC teams. Although our UVa and UNC friends say that fans in their states would prefer the SEC to the B1G, their residents are rooting for B1G rather than SEC basketball.
- UConn wins the seven northeastern states with a population of 35 million people. This is UConn Country.
- The B1G wins not only its own states, but also B12 and Pac territory, plus North Carolina and Virginia. Allowing for the traditional B1G-Pac ties in the Rose Bowl, it looks like B12 plus North Carolina plus Virginia are logical expansion areas, plus potentially bringing UConn in to claim the northeast.

Most neutral people are rooting for Wisconsin because they don't have multiple recent National Championships. It has nothing to do with the Big 10 being popular in Wyoming or California.

...not to mention that a lot of people have reasons to dislike Kentucky
