Yep. I just started a thread about the issue. But what are the options?

Bazz may be an alpha dog as noted in another thread but he ain't no leader of men. He has talent but the immaturity bleeds out too much for my liking. Then you have Boat, who really wants to be a leader, and maybe he will be, but immature as well.

Ollie has known them for quite a while. Theie ability to feed of each other will be his biggest project this season.
