Who would you want leading your team if you could pick three right now? Besides Dawn. Who else? Even if they aren’t at Power 5. The job Yolett McPhee McCuin has done to turn around Mississippi is nothing short of tremendous. I remember her first year on the job and I thought she was going to bomb big coming from Jacksonville and knowing zip about her. Amazing doesn’t do justice describing what she’s accomplished Joni Taylor at Georgia had Georgia playing better than when Andy left. They’ve dropped a bit this year but she’s pretty good The KY Coach Kyra Elzy just turned around her season. She went from someone I thought couldn’t Coach to someone who knows what she’s doing once EDWARDS got back. Great run for them. Real test is next year. Felecia Legette-Jack at Buffalo is one of few Black female coaches to get a second shot after being let go at a Power 5 school (Indiana). I have my doubts about Harris at Auburn but I like the way her team works. Especially in that win over Tenn. Tremendous teamwork. Got to be several up and comers out there
