Kia is currently 43rd all time scorer with 944 points. #42 Paige Sauer with 947.
Gabby is 45th with 813 points. #44 Tammi Sweet with 827.
KLS is 56th with 690 points. #55 Rita Williams with 699.

Kia is currently 19th all time with 135 made 3 point baskets. #18 Svetlana Abrosimova with 141.
KLS is 22nd with 124. #21 Amy Duran with 133.
Sanyia is 25th with 92. #24 Kelly Farris with 119.
Tierney is 51st with 13. #49 are Stefanie Dolson and Stacy Hansmeyer with 16.

Kia needs 56 points to become the 42nd player to score 1,000 career points.

I imagine that by seasons end, both Gabby and KLS will also join the 1,000 point club.

Yes, but about rebounds :)
Well it can take 5 players boxing out to garner a rebound, only 1 person puts the 3 ball in the hoop especially when their 3 balls are from downtown LOL They must have had a really long driveway.

KLS could definitely finish top 4 in scoring by the time her career is over. Although I expect her numbers to dip in her last two although I expect her numbers to dip in her last two years with such an influx of talent.

I don't see Nurse or Williams making a huge impact on the record books due to their roles as freshmen and sophomores. Similar to Morgan Tuck, Swin Cash, Asjha Jones, etc. Very good players, but not likely to end up top five in major statistical categories.

*dutifully looked up
**assuming both websites are properly updated

Bonnie career rebounds: 238
Karlie career rebounds: 267 and counting (senior)
Katie Lou career rebounds: 184 and counting (soph)

I think we got the 'do everything' Samuelson, not just the 3 point shooter ;)

Thanks for this informative post. Interesting that Saniya is in the Top 25 all-time on threes.

TLaw has 13? Wow. Must've got most of them her first two years.

Does Uconn keep a record for career double doubles ? Just wondering where Gabby ranks, could end up.

Probably the least noticed thing (by all of us) is that the consistency of Kia's shooting accuracy has improved (I can't prove it: maybe someone can look this up?). My sense is that, whereas she might previouis vary from 25-60%, recently her range of variation is much narrower. Her off nights aren't as off, which means they can count on her more.

last 4 games Kia is 21/42 50% and 11/20 55% from 3 vs 45% & 45% for the season

Thanks, oldude. I suppose this means that if we subtract the numbers of the last 4 games from the season totals, the difference in the most recent games is even more dramatic--probably an additional 3 or 4% difference.
