Tamika would have "rear-ended" Griner away from every rebound, leaving Cash and Jones free to grab the ball.
2002 Huskies - the best ever.

Boy is that too much analysis.

UConn 2002, 2009, 2010: two single digit victories TOTAL. Over three seasons. That is the gold standard. Every other undefeated team is playing for fourth place. Yes, including the Three Meeks Tennessee squad of 1998.

Baylor has five single digit wins this season.

Well you have to hype the current team! That said I agree. The three UConn teams are the best ever, although I actually put the 2010 team ahead of the 2009. The Vols are 4th at least until Baylor finishes it out.

I'd put the 1998 Tenn team over this years baylor team. As well as the 2002 UCONN and 2009 UCONN team. I gotta think about other teams I would add to the list.

What to me made the 2002 Huskies so uniquely great was this: once they had a team down, no team was ever able to muster a serious run back at them. There were three games where they didn't put the opponent away until late, @VaTech and the two Oklahoma games, but in no game at all was an opponent allowed to mount anything resembling a serious comeback. Ever. In an entire season. They triumphed over the very nature of basketball itself as a game of runs.
